Refresh is not happening on the Interaction Header Portal

Summary
After creating the work object, thread is adding properly to the pxresults of D_CPMPortalRecents data page but tab is not created. But when doing the browser refresh tab is getting created.

Steps to Reproduce
- Login to the system and launch the AccountManager portal.
- Go to the utilities tab and click on PerformCompanySearch link.
- The work object is getting created and for that work object thread is created properly but tab is not created.
Root Cause
The Developer is using 'OpenWorkByURL' action in the PerformCompanySearch link configuration. As 'OpenWorkByURL' is deprecated in CPM 7.X, it is not creating a new tab.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Suggested to configure another link and call 'Create Work' in the actions tab of that link.
