Refresh in Question page not working

Summary
After answering a question, refresh of that Question page is not working when using "Refresh When condition" on the section containing SurveySection, which adds question pages. In this case, Refresh mentioned in the QuestionPage is not working.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Section and include more than one SurveySection to add distinct Question pages to each of them.
2. Embed this section in another section and use a Refresh When condition for this section.
3. In the corresponding Question Pages check Refresh option for the desired question.
4. In run time after selecting answers for questions for which Refresh option has been checked in the question page, refresh mechanism will not work.
Root Cause
While embedding SurveySection in a section, if "Run on client" option is checked then refresh mechanism for that question page will not work.
Resolution
Do not check "Run on Client" check Box, when embedding SurveySection in a section.
