Refresh section on checkboxes cause focus to shift in Safari

Using a Safari browser, when there's a refresh section on checkboxes, clicking them causes the focus of the browser to shift to the last UI element that fired the section refresh.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a Field 1 which is a drop down with a refresh section action attached to it.
2. Configure a Field 2 which is a checkbox/radio with a refresh section action.
3. At runtime, change the value of field 1 to trigger the refresh.
4. Then click field 2 to change its value. After the refresh fires, notice the focus shifts back to field 1.
