Refresh section does not work in a flow modal dialog

Summary
Updating a value in a modal dialog, does not update Clipboard values. However, a post value or a refresh action is initiated.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a flow in a modal dialog
- Add the input fields
- On change of input, call the Refresh section
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: The flow in the modal action creates a new thread, for example, '.../$FlowModalProcess'. The Refresh section action posts to the '.../$FlowModalProcess' thread. Therefore, verify this thread to view the updates.
Explicit submission of the modal dialog, updates the parent thread and Clipboard results.
