Refresh section with DynamicSelect and Onchange throws an error

Summary
A section which has a field inside smart layout with DynamicSelect, OnChange in Cell properties to Refresh Section is configured. But at run time it does not refresh the section and a javascript error message is generated.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a SECTION with two dynamic layouts.
2. Each layout contains Dynamic Select with OnChange and Refresh behaviour.
3. At runtime observe the JavaScript error.
Root Cause
The same section was working fine from the developer portal using the “Preview” functionality. The root cause is a custom non-auto-generated section added to the flow action and which references the out-of-the-box fragment called “harness_scripts.js”.
Resolution
Change the custom non-auto-generated section to a fully auto generated section which does not reference the JavaScript files manually.
