'Refresh when active' on a Tab Group does not work

User configured "Refresh when active" setting on a tab of a tab group layout. However, during runtime - on clicking the tab, user notices that its contents are not being refreshed.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a Harness 'Include as a tab' in a tab group layout.
2. Use 'Refresh when active' functionality.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.

The 'Refresh when active' configuration does not work when the configured tab is a harness.

If the configured tab is a section, the 'Refresh when active' active works fine.
It is an expected behavior. This feature is not intended to be used with harnesses.

This issue is resolved through the following local-change:

You must configure the tab as a section, or dynamic layout,  for the 'Refresh when active' feature to work as expected.
