Refresh in Wrapup section for CPM throws an error

Summary
You are using Pega 7.1.7 with CPMHC 7.2. When using out-of-the-box Refresh actions from the Other Actions menu during wrapup, you receive a null pointer exception.

Error: Java Null Pointer Exception
Steps to Reproduce
- Run the CSR Portal.
- Search for a Member .
- Select WrapupSelect "Refresh" from "Other Actions" Menu in the Wrap up screen.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code. Sync Issues were found between pyWorkPage and CAPortalInteraction.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFIX-22335.
