Refreshing with multiple tabs open corrupts the User Interface

Summary
When multiple tabs are open on the Interaction portal, the label, tooltip and icons of the tabs change after the browser refresh. The tab which is on focus remains the same.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Interaction portal
- Open different assignments so that different tabs are open
- Refresh the browser
Root Cause
The behavior is specific to service case work objects. Tab icons for service cases is unavailable in the Pega Customer Service Framework and it is considered as feedback request by PRPC.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Set the pyEnableCustomTabHeaders When rule to False.
