Refreshing a section does not pass parameter values

Summary
Refreshing a section does not pass parameter values. If a section takes in parameters, any refresh of that section will result in the section being rendered without the parameters being passed.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Section which takes a parameter.
2. Create a button that refresh the section.
2. Include this section in another section and pass value for parameter.
4. Check the behaviour in run time.
Root Cause
The issue is specific to the implementation carried out. The refresh operation was not done on the included section.
Resolution
Parameter was passed through section include. On click of a button, it refreshes the current section. As the param value is not set or passed while refreshing, the value from the parent section is not retained. This is expected behaviour as per the configuration.
