Region map is not showing conditional colors

Summary
When user runs the report with chart type is map World(Regions with Antarctica), the expected color for Antarctica is not highlighting.
The condition colors defined based on the integer count is not displayed in the map. If user configures the conditional colors based on the country value it is rendering as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Report definition.
2. Make one column as aggregate property.
3. Select chart type as map as World(Regions with Antarctica) in chart tab.
4. Define conditional colors based on numeric values in color settings.
5. Create one work object as Antarctica then count is greater than one.
6. Now, run the report.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
User configuration fault. Map has separate setting which needs to be applied to take the priority for numeric values based conditional colors.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Click on Designer Studio.
- Go to Reporting >Settings>Maps.
- Select 'World (Regions with Antartica)' as Map Type.
- Give Report Class name as Class.
- Select correct ruleset.
- Click "Save Button".

7. Once done with Save, see "Save Successful" message. Now, run the report.
