Remaining characters are not localized for Textarea



After upgrading to Pega 7.3.1, the 'Remaining Character count' TextArea displays without localization when rendering the TextArea control in a section. However, the text is localized after a refresh when the 'post' action is specified on the control.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a section with a TextArea.
  2. Configure a TextArea for 'Display character counter'.
  3. Create localization for pyActionPrompt Remaining characters.

Root Cause

Issue with the template infrastructure. In the template, the load case must be run first.
