Removed records from Excel not deleted from table after import

Data is exported to an Excel file using the Data Table wizard. Some records are deleted from the exported file and imported back to the same data table using the Import wizard.
In Pega 7.1.9, the records removed from the Excel by the Import wizard, are deleted in the data table after the import. However in Pega 7.3.1, the removed records from Excel are not deleted from the data table after the import.
