Removing column in Decision Table changes value in other column

Summary



When a user deletes the first column in a Decision Table and saves the rule, the value present in the second column is replaced in the first row.


Error Messages

Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a simple Decision Table with more than one input column
  2. Delete the first input column. Only the first column is removed and there are no changes to the second column
  3. Save the Decision Table. The first row value in the second column is changed to the value of the deleted column


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Apply HFix-51853 using Hotfix Manager and log out and log in to the application.
