Rendering of Survey takes more time



During a phone call with the consumer, Customer Service Representative (CSR) has to wait for 10 seconds for the survey to render which is not acceptable.

Steps to Reproduce

Select a reason code to get the option to take a Survey.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment, the reported behavior is a cause of cache issue and network latency.


Enable following cache levels in prconfig.xml:
  • <env name="fua/global/instanceCountLimit" value="40000" />
  •  <env name="fua/shared/instanceCountLimit" value="39000" />
  •   <env name="fua/personal/instanceCountLimit" value="38000" />
  •   <env name="conclusioncache/fieldvalue/minimumsize" value="2000" />

PAL reading were taken after above setting were added and it took relatively less time as two seconds to render the Survey.
