Reopen and Cancel buttons don't display post application upgrade

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega Platform 8.3, the 'Reopen' and 'Cancel this Assignment' buttons do not display.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Click Create.
- Select the Overtime case.
- Fill all the mandatory data in the Overtime case page.
- Navigate to the case from 'My Cases' after all the required approvals are complete.
- Open the case which must be canceled (only Resolved-Completed case can be canceled).
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
A nested Gadget section (Advance Parameter section) is present with the same set of parameters (that is, the nested Gadget section), which contain different values.
In this case, the pyActionArea is the Gadget section which includes the pyActionAreaRight section. The pyActionAreaRight section is also a Gadget section which contains the same set of parameters that overrides the parent parameters.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.2.
