Summary

For A Repeat Grid the Expand button for each row need to appear as "+"

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a Section and add Repeat Grid layout with expand pane.
2.display + instead of accordion.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following local change: 

To display "+" icon for expand row in repeating grid:
1) Add new column in repeating grid, put "+" icon from images in the column.
2) Configure action events to that icon. That is, onClick configure actions as set focus and edit item.
