Repeat grid title appears twice after edit

Summary
User has a repeat grid that is configured for row editing. At runtime, after editing a row, user notices the grid header title appears twice.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid for row editing.
- At runtime, double click row to edit.
- After edit, observe the grid header title.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Extra grid header title is getting created when "allow refresh on update" is checked.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29427.
