Repeating grid alignment issue in Pega 7.1.7

Summary
When Pagination(1 of X) and Freeze grid header option is selected for a Repeating grid, at runtime when user paginates to last page, the header is not aligned properly with the columns.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. In repeating grid, select the "Freeze grid header" check box and pagination.
2. Preview and paginate to the last page.
3. Observe that the header and columns are mis-aligned.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. scrollHeader is removed conditionally but data always has some width for scroll bar. Adding scrollHead class resolves the issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25419.
