Repeating Grid Delete deletes the wrong item

Summary



A row repeat layout contains a section with another row repeat layout that contains a section with a grid repeat layout. When trying to delete an element in the grid repeat layout, the wrong element is deleted.
For example, the grid has 3 elements; on trying to delete the third element,  the first element in the grid is deleted instead.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Add multiple elements to the grid.
2. Try to delete the last element.


Root Cause



A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Row repeat layouts are deprecated in Pega 7.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Convert the row repeat layouts to grid repeats.
