Repeating grid header is in capital letters

Summary
When creating a section containing a repeating grid with the header labels in lower case, after saving the section into a higher version, the headers display with all capital letters.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with with a repeat grid in RuleSet : 01-01-01.
- Save the section into RuleSet : 02-01-01.
- Run the section.
- Observe the case of the section has switched to all capital letters.
Root Cause
In the Application Skin Rule, the "Transform Text" attribute of "Column Header" was set to "Upper".
Resolution
In the Application Skin Rule, the "Transform Text" attribute of "Column Header" must be set to "None".
