Report browser filter value is missing after application upgrade

Report browser filter values set in pyDefault data transform are missing after Pega 7.4 upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition with inline section (section includes filter data)
- Open the report view and click the report name. The report opens in a new tab
- Open the Data-Portal!pyDefault data transform. Filter values are missing
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Embed the section using a data page instead of using the custom filter top level page.
