Report Category not refreshing on switch Apps



In Case manager portal, when a user switches between applications, the report categories are not refreshed to reflect the report category of the switched application.

Error Messages

Not Applicable. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a user with multiple access groups like Sales Manager and Account Manager. Set Sales Manager access group as default. 
Assign pyCaseManagerPortal to the two access groups. 
2. Create few report categories for Sales manager and some others for Account Manager 
3. When the user logs in user is able to see the report categories available for sales manager in the Reports. 
4. Switch apps to the Account Manager access group and navigate to the Reports link, user is still able to see the categories for Sales Manager and not for Account Manager.

Root Cause

There are two data pages D_pzRBCategories and D_pzRBShortcutsByCategory which are responsible for picking up the report categories, but these are never refreshed by the system. So even if the user does a switch application, the categories do not get refreshed. The first categories list loaded by the requestor remains throughout the requestor's session.


Apply HFix-26997 to resolve the issue.
