Report definition column context menu misaligned after scrolling

Summary



On a report definition with many columns, after scrolling to the right, if you bring up the column context menu, the menu is not aligned with the column.

It appears at some other place in the report definition, and the report sometimes scrolls so that the column that was chosen is no longer visible.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a report definition with a large number of columns.
  2. In the report viewer, scroll all the way to the right.
  3. Bring up the context menu of one of the columns.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Menu alignment code calculates incorrectly.

Resolution



This issue is slated to be fixed in a future release of Pega 7.2.1.
