Report Definition shows first page blank and hidden criteria
When the Report Definition is exported to Excel, the second row in the Excel sheet contains the Filter details.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Report Definition.
2. Configure filter criteria.
3. Configure the Report Viewer options As: Filter Not Visible In Viewer.
4. Run the Report and Export to Excel.
This is a design behavior.
Manually remove the second row which has the 'Filter' details.
