Report exported to PDF does not display due to double quotations

Summary
A report record containing double-quotation (" ") marks does not display on an exported PDF. This occurs in a Summary type report definition.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Summary type report definition.
- Create sample case records containing double-quotation marks (" ") in the data.
- Run the report definition and click Export to PDF from the Actions menu.
Root Cause
When the drill down was enabled, the 'ddpath' attribute was generated in the markup as the value contained double-quotation marks (" "). This corrupted the markup and the report was not displayed on the exported PDF.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39394.
