Report schedule change not reflected in database or landing page



When the schedule for a report is changed from the Scheduled Tasks landing page, the updates are not seen in the database (pyMinimumDateTimeForProcessing) and in the landing page. This problem is intermittent.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an existing schedule for a report from the Scheduled Tasks landing page.
  2. Change the scheduled time to run the report.
  3. Save the changes.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The Scheduled Task harness involved is refreshed twice. Executing an action in a harness after refreshing it is not a good practice because the harness may have events.
