Report shortcut result is different from Designer Studio

Summary
Report definitions in the Assign- class, that lists workbasket and worklist items, are missing the Assign-Workbasket items. This occurs when the report definitions are run from the Manager portal through a shortcut.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition in the Assign- class with two columns (pxObjClass and pzInskey).
- Add a condition such that pxObjClass starts with Assign-Work.
- Create a report Category.
- Create a report shortcut to open the report definition.
- Run the report definition in the Developer portal. The report runs correctly.
- Launch the Manager portal and run the report from the Category. The report definition does not display the workbasket results when it is run from the shortcut.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The code in pxRunShortcutInner activity was written when the 'Include all descendant classes' feature was not developed. The code was written such that when a report was run on Assign-, the results of Assign-WorkList displayed instead the error. However, there was no check to determine if the 'Include all descendant classes' option was enabled on the report.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-26368, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
