Steps to Reproduce

Subscribe to a report in the Report Browser and set it to recur. Check to see if it arrives on the scheduled days/hours/weeks it should.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The properties to determine "recurring" were not being set to the correct value and would only generate one report and then stop.  Secondly, the report would get corrupt when trying to submit any changes on it when in the bad state.  Reports need to be deleted first (remove subscription/scheduled task), then reopened and resubmitted - twice.  The first to generate the scheduled task and the second to remove it from the worklist.


This issue is resolved by HFix-9965 in Pega 7.1.6 and will also be fixed in Pega 7.1.7.
