Report Version 6 Charts display dates incorrectly

Summary
The out-of-the-box Report version 6 chart displays dates a day earlier or later than the actual date:
This worked correctly in Report version 5.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Summary type report definition that groups results by DateTime values using one of the out-of-the-box 'Day of', 'Month of', or 'Year of' function aliases.
- Create a chart for the report to display the DateTime values in one of the axes.
- Execute the report.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The Report version 6 chart code applied the Operator's time zone to the date-only values returned by the function aliases. As a result, incorrect date displayed.
Resolution
Apply HFix-55442.
