Report Viewer/Editor - Filter Criteria is read only

Summary
When using the Report Viewer and/or editor, you click on the filter criteria, select a filter value and hit OK. The results of the report don't change, however the filter criteria links become read only.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report with filter criteria options
- Click Play on the Report
- Modify a filter
- Click OK
Root Cause
Pegasystem Bug.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFIX-6174.
