Summary
The REST Service is invoked through the Postman.
User has configured an activity to invoke the pxLinkAttachmentToWork to link attachments to a work object. This activity is unable to locate the Repository name and folder ID from the Application page. However, this functionality works correctly on simulating the REST Service locally.

Invoke the REST Service through the Postman. The Request contains attachments.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.2.
