Steps to Reproduce
1. On a debit signature transaction, submit chargeback with RC 4841
2.Try to submit representment assignment with a reason code 2011
The representment reason indicates the customer has already received credit. The fulfillment team will advise the claim owner of the correct information as indicated above, so the claim owner will still be able to investigate to see if the customer has indeed received credit or if a second chargeback is warranted.
Root Cause
PickRepresentReasonCodeMC control had an extra double quote for drop down option value of 2011.
Resolution
Hotfix Item HFix-21074 resolves the issue.
