Summary
Modal dialogs do not throw errors if no data is passed into a required field.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open modal dialog.
- Click Ok without entering any information in field.
Root Cause
Enable client side validation checkbox was not selected in Review harness.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Select Enable client side validation checkbox in Review harness.
