Requirement to access the Cassendra database

Summary



Developers needs to access Cassandra database and access the namespace where the data for PNP will sit and need to push this out to EDL.

Hence needs help figuring out where Cassandra is located in the environment.

Root Cause



The location of the Cassandra data files is defined by the data_files_directories parameter in the prconfig.xml.

Resolution



By default, it is assumed to be <workfolder>/<clustername>/data.

For example in a Tomcat app server it should be available under "<apache-workfolder>/cassandra_data"
