Requirement to access the Cassendra database

Developers needs to access Cassandra database and access the namespace where the data for PNP will sit and need to push this out to EDL.

Hence needs help figuring out where Cassandra is located in the environment.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Need help to figure out where Cassandra is located in the environment.

Root Cause

The location of the Cassandra data files is defined by the data_files_directories parameter in the prconfig.xml.

By default, it is assumed to be <workfolder>/<clustername>/data.

For example in a Tomcat app server it should be available under "<apache-workfolder>/cassandra_data"

Refer to Pega 7 Nodes "Configuration Settings" in the DSM operations guide: (Page no. 15) for more details.
