Requirement for an option to display selected date as DD-MMM-YYYY(22-NOV-2019) or DD-MMM-YY(22-Nov-19) or in some similar format.

Steps to Reproduce
Include a DateTime property in a section. The selected date displays in the MM/DD/YYYY format in the Editable mode at runtime.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per the Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
Dates display in either DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY format in the Editable mode based on the locale setting. However, dates do not display in the DD/MMM/YYYY format. This format is supported by only Read-only mode.
