Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
HC7 does not get xcode further updated. Hence, Pega Mobile Client 10.3 must be used to compile a custom module. The user must upgrade to Pega Infinity to use latest technologies like xcode 11. HC8 is not compatible with Pega 7.3.1 server-side. Pega platform upgrade is required to use Pega Infinity Mobile Client even when application is built locally.
