Requirement to trace the Strategy rule

Summary
Developer is not able to trace the Strategy rules with Pega 7.1.9.Error Messages
No error message.Steps to Reproduce
- Run Tracer.
- Select the Strategy event type to trace in the Tracer settings.
- Run an Activity which invokes a Strategy in its path.
Root Cause
The tracer information for Strategy rule implementation was not available in the GA release of Pega 7.1.9.Resolution
Apply HFix-27055. After applying Hfix, developer can see the Strategy Begin and Strategy End getting captured in the Tracer.
