Resolving case as withdrawn throwing exceptions



On trying to Withdraw case using pxForceCaseClose as part of Local action, is throwing ConcurrentModification Exception.

Error Messages

*The Flow Action post-processing activity xxxxxx  failed: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

Steps to Reproduce

1.Login to Application.
2.Process certain steps in the flow.
3.From the Other Actions menu, click Withdraw case.


Root Cause

Java code for pxForceCaseClose is using Iterator.

​Hence throwing Concurrent ModificationException when trying to process properties which are being iterated by other thread.


Apply HFix-27096 to resolve the issue.

As part of this hotfix,
 Pega has replaced iterator with toArray
