Resubmit blocked after validation errors on required fields

Summary
When a user attempts to submit a form that includes mandatory date fields with no values a warning is displayed.
Now if the user enters the values and resubmits, the values are not getting saved and the error messages are still persisting.

Steps to Reproduce
- Submit the page without completing all of the required fields, and the system throws a warning.
- Enter the values and resubmits.
- Notice any values provided previously are not getting saved and the error messages are still persisting.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
This particular submit action was refreshing the outer and the inner section when a validation error was thrown.
The inner section refresh was clearing out all of the values, so every time a user entered more values and submitted these were not held. Removing the inner section refresh resolves this issue.
