Return to default tab on close of another tab

Summary
Enhancement request to allow the configuration of default behavior of tabs upon closing.
We have 4 tabs open
1. Search
2. Reports
3. (work object) W-1
4. (work object) W-2
If the user closes any of the tabs, they should be taken to the first tab as per our requirement.
