Rich Text Editor malfunction

Summary
Rich Text Editor (RTE) does not work correctly.
- User uses CTRL+A command/Select All and it is inconsistent. Most of the time it does not allow the user to select all the text with this command.
- Changing font size while selecting multiple paragraphs with different font types does not work and deselects bottom paragraph, making the user select all repeatedly.
- Bottom paragraph is deselected when changing the font type. This makes the user use select all repeatedly.

Steps to Reproduce
There is no specific use case to reproduce this issue.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The text entered in RTE control needs to be selected each time a font is changed. Once the font is changed, the text gets deselected forcing the user to reselect it to change it.
In yui_editor, when complete text is selected and font changed, internal font family is cleared. Hence, when only that item is selected, it has an empty font family.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22383.
