Rich text editor is not responsive for on-click events

Summary
“Click” Event support for rich text editor control. Explanation: Selecting “Click” Event on action tab of rich text editor control is enabled, but not working.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Section and drag a Rich Text Editor on the Section.
- On the Action Tab of the Rich Text Editor, configure to run a Data Transform with the Click event.
- During runtime, Rich Text Editor is not responsiveagainst the click event.
Root Cause
Rich Text Editor does not support 'Click' event.
Resolution
Configure the Run Data Transform action from the 'Change' event.
