Rich Text Editor shows scrollbars in review mode, print preview

Summary
When a user enters content beyond the boundaries of the Rich Text Editor (RTE) control, the user can see the scroll bars to view the content.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with an input field using the RTE control on it.
2. At runtime enter some text in the RTE field such that the text should exceed the boundaries of the input box and user can see the scroll bars.
3. Submit the case.
4. Open the case in Review or Confirm harness and see how the RTE field displayed.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The word wrap attribute was not being set for the RTE control when contenteditable was false.
Resolution
Apply HFix-28890.
