Robotic Desktop Automation does not update the Case fields

Summary
A Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) is created with Robotic Runtime 8.0.2033 that is launched by the Pega Platform. After the robotic execution is complete, case fields are not updated. This occurs intermittently.

Execute the robot.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The activity that extracted the data from the JSON object passed to the server, omitted the values.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.2.3.
