RoleType Attribute Missing in ContactOrgRel Table

Summary



InvalidReferenceException occurs when report definitions use the RoleType attribute in the filter condition.


Error Messages



** InvalidReferenceException .RoleType Property ' RoleType ' does not exist on class ' PegaCA-Link-ContactBusinessUnit'


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the Interaction portal or log in to the CSR Portal
  2. Launch New > Phone Call.
  3. In the Search screen, search with Organization.
  4. Select an organization.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Select a Contact and click Submit.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

RoleType attribute was missing in the ContactOrgRel table. The attribute was modified to RoleId in the ContactOrgRel table. Hence, CPMGetBusinessUnitRoles report definition displays exceptions.


Resolution



Apply HFix-43626.
