Row becomes read only in grid when scrolled to right in Firefox
User clicks on row to edit the row in grid, when user scrolls to right by using scroll bar then row becomes read only.
Similarly now click the row to edit, then navigate to 11th or 12th column by keyboard tab and select the value from drop down. Now focus is moving to first element in the row. Both behaviors are replicating in latest Mozilla Firefox, however in Internet Explorer 11 it is working as expected.

Root CauseA defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules :
In gridEventHandler function in RULE-FILE-TEXT WEBWB PZPEGA_UI_GRID!JS, there is listener for mouseup event. On mouseup, user submits the row.In case of Internet Explorer, the mouseup event does not trigger when the scroll bar is dragged, but in Firefox and Chrome, the browser fires mouseup event when the scrollbar is dragged which triggers row submission. Having many columns and getting horizontal scroll bar is not the best of practices in UX design.

User can configure the grid with different edit mode such as expand pane or modal dialog. User can have the editable controls in the detail flow action, where the problem will not be there.
