Rows not clickable after upgrading to Pega 7.1.7

This issue pertains to an application that is upgraded from PRPC 6.1 base to Pega 7.1.7. In Manager portal, there's a tab group, in which Click event works fine in the first tab. However, the rows are not clickable in the second tab. They were clickable in earlier PRPC version (6.1).

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Embed a ListView in two different sections.
2. Use both the section in a different tabs in a Tab Group with Dynamic Container.
3. During Runtime, you will see that the onclick events wortks only on the first Tab and do not work on on the second Tab.

Root Cause

If the same embedded list view (same class, same purpose, same owner) appears in multiple tabs in a Tabbed harness, the onclick handlers are all attached to the first Tab that the listview appears in.

When the event listener attached the event it picks up the ID of the Listview and attach it. Since it is referring to the same Listview so it ignores the second ID, and does not attach it.

Local-change: Do a Save as of the ListView and rename it. And use the new ListView in the section on second tab.
