RTE is able to distinguish between the fonts and font size

Summary
Rich Text Editor is able to distinguish between the fonts and font size when content is copied from outside. When content is copied from lotus notes,(default font setting is San-Serif Size=2) into the editor, it is showing as Font Family as Arial and Size as 2 which is equivalent to Arial- 13px.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a RTE
2) Select text in RTE and set Font family to Times New Roman and Size 13
3) Copy Text from Microsoft word (Text font family should be Times New Roman and Size should be 13)
4) Paste the text into RTE
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Yahoo UI Rich Text Editor
Resolution
PRPC Rich Text Editor is a third party rule and it is taken from Yahoo UI Rich Text Editor. As the issue is reproducible in YUI RTE, we will not be able to fix it from PRPC perspective.
