Summary

User has configured a data type with a RTE control for a property. They have reported the following issue:
- When entering records for the RTE control, Chrome does not save the data entered
- IE11 does not show RTE in editable mode but in read-only mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a Data type with a RTE control for a property. ( Open TestDt )
2. Try entering records for the RTE control property. ( Go to the Records tab and enter data in the RTE control )

- When entering records for the RTE control, Chrome does not save the data entered


- IE11 does not show RTE in editable mode but in read-only mode

Root Cause

Due to technical feasibility, there was no support for auto gen controls in report viewer so creating a feedback item to address this in future releases.

Resolution

An enhancement request, FDBK-19321, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
