Rule header is not displayed for delegated rule



Activity, data transform, and survey rules have been delegated using the Action > Add to favorites option.

When a user opens the delegated rule from the Business User portal, the rule header is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open any rule.
  2. Click on Action > Add to favorites option.
  3. Open the Business User portal.
  4. Select 'My Rules' from the menu and open the rule. 

Root Cause

User had the UpdateLimitedForm privilege.

This privilege will hide the rule header section as the rule header contains Class Explorer links which are restricted from user access. 


Perform the following local-change:  

The pxViewLimitedForm or OpenDeveloperForm privileges can be used to show the rule header for delegated rules.
